Founder & CEO | Rajdhani Group: Sourav Sikhwal

Sourav Sikhwal founded Rajdhani Group in 2015 with a bold vision – to build India’s first complete end-to-end hydraulic solution brand. At that time, the Indian market lacked reliable domestic suppliers for hoses, fittings, and assemblies. With his technical and commercial expertise, Sourav stepped forward to fill this gap, determined to position India as a leader in the global hydraulics industry.

Entrepreneur | Technical & Commercial Expert | Ironman Triathlete

Beyond business, Sourav is a passionate endurance athlete and adventurer. He has completed the world’s toughest single-day endurance race – the Ironman Triathlon (3.8 km open-water swim, 180 km cycling, 42.2 km marathon run back-to-back in 14 hours), trekked to Everest Base Camp, and continues to challenge himself through triathlon, running, cycling, open-water swimming, climbing, and adventure sports.

He is also the creator of Rajdhani Fit Team – India’s first corporate initiative where employees receive direct salary increases linked to their health & fitness achievements. This reflects his belief that a fit team builds a stronger business.

Representing his company in global business platforms and his country in endurance sports, Sourav embodies the values of discipline, endurance, and vision—both as an entrepreneur and an athlete.
